How coaching works.
Discovery Call
We have a short conversation to see if I’m the right coach for you. If you want to move forward, I send you a Welcome Packet with an agreement, more information about coaching, and a form that will help me get to know you and the goals for our work.
Kickoff Session
When it’s time for our first session, we’ll meet on Zoom (or on the phone) and review what you shared in the form, then we’ll dig in and start working. After the session, I’ll share my notes, resources, and all other info in a client portal.
Working Sessions
Before every subsequent session, you’ll complete a questionnaire to help you gather your thoughts and keep our conversations productive and focused on progressing toward your goals.
Wrap-up Session
In our final session together, we’ll review the progress you’ve made, capture your key learnings, and celebrate your success.

Coaching is priced based on the package you select. All of my packages include:
Weekly or bi-weekly coaching sessions
Unlimited email and texting
Unlimited review of documents you share
Offline accountability check-ins as requested
Recommendations on relevant resources
Helpful tools & exercises if appropriate
