I’ve spent my life collecting knowledge and experiences which have uniquely prepared me to help people give voice to their goals and work to achieve them - no matter what they are. I love that moment when a person realizes the potential that is locked inside them and sets it free. It’s why I became a certified life coach and started my own business.

Communities are my mission.

My driving mission in life is to create and improve communities. I started a roller derby team that spurred the local economy, started a charter school for struggling students who were unsuccessful in district schools, served as a youth group mentor to help teens in an opioid-affected town learn how to engage and give back, and house managed a music hall to bring art and music to rural Vermont. The secret to my success has been the way I jump into the action and get people excited to join me.

Connection is my strength.

My career has been defined by connection with people. It is the common thread through my work as a coach, a leader, an organizer and a non-profit service provider. Whether helping a client find their path, bringing different organizations together to work on common objectives or mediating difficult conversations, I love working with engaged people who want to move forward toward their goals. Together we look at how your beliefs and thoughts serve or detract from those goals. I help people find creative solutions to solve the puzzle they want to work through. I believe that joy and fulfillment are possible in all work, so I look for opportunities to help others see where to find it in their lives.
